for Europ Assistance, you will provide high quality support to
holidaymakers, business travellers and expatriates who have fallen ill or had
accidents whilst overseas. Your
work will focus on the delivery of advice and direction to our case managers,
supervisors and nursing staff as well as liaison with staff where treatment is
being undertaken. The objective is to ensure that patients receive effective and
timely medical treatment and, where necessary, appropriate repatriation
measures, within agreed cost containment parameters. We seek a qualified medical doctor with full GMC registration, at least 3-years post-registration experience. Prior experience in medical assistance/claims would be desirable. In-flight medical experience would be a plus - you will be expected to complete a limited amount of repatriation work for which you will be remunerated separately.
